If you often eat the same foods at one meal, you can create your own meal in the app to log these foods together.
Tap the “Plus” button on the Today screen. Then switch to "My Foods and Meals" tab and tap the "Create food" button.
Choose "Create Meal", specify the required items and instructions (if needed), and click the "Create" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
To delete created Meal, choose the desired item, tap the "Edit" button in the upper right corner of the screen, and click "Delete this Meal".
