Sign In” is a feature that allows you to restore your data (recipes, food log, your macros) for using the app on any device.

To do this, you need to go to the Profile tab, click the top line with your name, and then click the “Back up or Restore Your Data” line.

Then switch to the “Sign In” tab and log in to your account using one of the following ways:

1. Enter your Email and password;

2. Log in with an Apple ID;

3. Log in using Facebook.
