“Sign Up” is a feature that allows you to save your account data (macros, food logs, recipes, etc.).
To do this, you need to go to the Profile tab and click the top button with your name.
Then click the “Back up or Restore Your Data” button, and in the “Sign Up” tab, save your data using one of the following ways:
1. Enter your Email and password
2. Sign in using Facebook
3. Sign in with an Apple ID
Please note that if you have already saved your data using one of the suggested ways, then the “Back up or Restore Your Data” button will not be displayed.
