If you purchased a subscription on our website:
Note that the subscription purchased on our website is not displayed in your Apple subscriptions.
All actions with subscriptions purchased on our website are carried out by our support service.
If you have purchased a subscription on our website and need to request a refund, please contact us via in-app support chat or by email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process your request as soon as possible. To contact us via in-app support chat, you need to click the "Support Chat" button in the upper right corner of the Today screen and then click "Send us a message".
It will expedite the processing of your request if you include the email address you used to purchase the subscription along with the reason for the refund.
If you purchased a subscription through the App Store:
Unfortunately, we don't have access to your subscription as all transactions are handled by Apple.
