If you want to log out of your account, please first make sure that you have saved your data so that you can continue using the app without losing your macros, food logs, recipes, etc.
You can find detailed instructions on how to do this in the article “How to Save Your Data in the App”.
To log out of your account, go to the Profile tab and click the top line with your name.
Then click the "Log Out" button at the bottom of the screen and confirm by clicking the button again.
