Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. Note that deleting the app doesn’t cancel your subscription.

By canceling a subscription, you disable its auto-renewal, but you will be able to use the app until the expiration of the current subscription period.

How you can cancel your subscription depends on whether you purchased it through the App Store or on our website.

If you purchased a subscription on our website:

Note that the subscription purchased on our website is not displayed in your Apple subscriptions.

If you have purchased a subscription on our website and need to cancel it, please follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to the Profile tab in the app.

Step 2. Scroll down to the Purchases section and click on ‘Manage Subscriptions’.

Step 3. Enter your login information.

Step 4. Click ‘Cancel Subscription’.

What’s next? - You will receive an email confirming your subscription cancellation. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

If you face any issues with canceling your subscription following the steps above, please contact us via in-app support chat or by email support@myketo.care and we will resolve your issue as soon as possible. To contact us via in-app support chat, you need to click the "Support Chat" button in the upper right corner of the Today screen and then click "Send us a message".

If you purchased a subscription through the App Store:

All transactions are handled by Apple and, unfortunately, we don't have access to your subscription. Only you can cancel it.

To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions on Apple's support page.
