To contact us via in-app support chat, you need to click the "Support Chat" button in the upper right corner of the Today screen and then click "Send us a message".

It will expedite the processing of your request if you include the email address you used to purchase the subscription along with the reason for the refund.

Please note that in case you dispute or charge back the purchase with your credit card issuing bank or with PayPal, it might take weeks and sometimes even months to reach a final decision, and we will not be able to refund the disputed transaction.

Therefore, we ask you to contact our support first, so that we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
