Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. Note that deleting the app doesn’t cancel your subscription.

By canceling a subscription, you disable its auto-renewal, but you will be able to use the app until the current subscription period expires.

Canceling your subscription is simple, but the steps vary depending on where you made the purchase. Whether you subscribed via the website, the App Store, or on your Android device, this article will walk you through the cancellation process for your subscription. Please include in your message the email address you used to subscribe or your User ID from the app.

I purchased my subscription through the App Store

All transactions are handled by Apple and, unfortunately, we don't have access to your subscription. Only you can cancel it.

To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions on Apple's support page.

I purchased my subscription on the website

Note that the subscription purchased on our website is not displayed in your Apple subscriptions.

If you have purchased a subscription on our website and need to cancel it, please follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to the Profile tab in the app.

Step 2. Scroll down to the Purchases section and click on ‘Manage Subscriptions’.

Step 3. Follow further instructions

If for some reason you cannot log into the application, please follow this link, enter your login and password and click ‘Cancel Subscription’.

If you have forgotten your password, please click 'Forgot your password?' and follow the steps to reset your password.

I have an Android device

If you need to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to the Profile tab in the app.

Step 2. Scroll down to the Purchases section and click on ‘Manage Subscriptions’.

To contact us via in-app support chat, you need to click the "Support Chat" button in the upper right corner of the Today screen and then click "Send us a message".
